Aim of the project

The main aim of the project was to create a comparative study of legal regulation of transfer pricing issues in V4 countries, to identify existing risks and lacks in legal regulation and present de lege ferenda proposals for the transfer pricing legal regulations in V4 countries.

Main output

An e-book freely available (downloadable) is be the main result of the project. We hope that this output will contribute to the discussion on the topic of transfer pricing issues in V4 region.

The e-book will summarize, among others, the results of two workshops realized within implementation of the project.
